Shipping Policy

All ready to ship items will ship within 3/5 business days. Personalized orders will ship within 7/14 business days.

Pre orders can take 2/4 weeks after pre order has closed, but I will always communicate that under the item when ordering.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

South Texas Glitz & Glam is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have been dropped off and/or scanned via mail courier.

Due to COVID-19, some areas are experiencing longer than average shipping times.

Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s progress in transit.
